We currently ship physical SIM cards to addresses within Chile. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping methods for physical SIM cards, including:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders for physical SIM cards are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your package. Please refer to Section 2 for estimated delivery times. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
