1.1 Physical SIM Cards: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a physical SIM card for a refund or exchange, provided that the SIM card has not been activated and is in its original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

1.2 eSIMs: Due to the nature of eSIMs as digital products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once the eSIM has been delivered and the QR code has been accessed. However, if you experience technical issues preventing activation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for eligible returns as outlined in Section 1. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund may depend on your payment provider.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Activated SIM cards or eSIMs (except in cases of technical issues preventing activation).
  • Shipping costs.
3. Exchanges

3.1 Physical SIM Cards: If you wish to exchange a physical SIM card for a different plan or product, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require payment of any price difference.

3.2 eSIMs: Exchanges for eSIMs are generally not offered due to the nature of the product. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or concerns.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with your SIM card or eSIM, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue and provide a solution. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped (for physical SIM cards) or if the eSIM QR code has not been accessed. Once the order has been shipped or the eSIM QR code has been accessed, the cancellation policy outlined in Sections 1 and 2 will apply.

6. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
